Comfort Inn SW Omaha I-80

Last day of a 5 day trip. Hotel was easy to find. The staff was great. We travel with my husband's service dog and my dog. Easy process. Great night's sleep and ready to hit the last leg of our trip.

The hotel is very clean and organized. The staff is kind and attentive to guests needs. They go above and beyond to make a guest feel -as their name states — Comfort. I was more than impressed by the feeling of being greeted and actually heard. There is a pool and fitness center as well as good location to many nearby places for food or shopping. I would definitely stay again and I definitely recommend you to check it out too. You won’t regret the Choice to stay at this Comfort Inn

I have stayed in many hotels in this area and by far this is one of the best stays I have experienced. The Customer Service hundred percent, the breakfast hundred percent, the noise level hundred percent, room cleanliness hundred percent, (no roaches no bedbugs). This was my 61st birthday and my lovely friend and I we had a beautiful time and I thank Comfort Inn for a great stay. I appreciate everything I will be back. Thank you

This hotel is a place to stay great staff, helpful and friendly staff.Clean rooms , good breakfast and great location absolutely, recommend this hotel in this location. Whatever you need, the staff is always there for you.

We chose to stay at comfort inn in Omaha because we have never had a bad experience at any comfort inn. Once again we were not disappointed we got a king room with Spa and when we arrived at the hotel they had given us an upgrade to a suite. We were traveling due to a death in the family and that small act of kindness meant the world to us. The lobby was clean and the hotel smelled clean. Our room was fantastic clean bedding, the jetted tub was extremely clean they even folded the towels in a fan pattern to give it that extra touch that all comfort inns have. We got to breakfast in the nick of time and had the most delicious eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. The area was clean and the staff was extremely nice despite the guests leaving messes and many being extremely rude to the staff. Thank you for making this an amazing stay during a really rough time.

Room was small but clean and cozy. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and had a nice little getaway. Complimentary lemon water was much appreciated and we had a lovely breakfast. Extended breakfast hours on the weekend was a great idea!

LONG REVIEW,BUT READ TIL END FOR UPDATED RESULTS… It’s my birthday and wanted to stay in a hotel with a jetted tub in the room so I chose this place because of the reviews and the photos. It turned out to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Honestly,no joke. Got my room and it was big and nice,clean,no issues. Take a shower and the water pressure sucks,but it’s ok. Went to do some shopping and go to dinner for my birthday (my partner is out of town for work,why I’m alone),but I came back and had everything ready to use the jetted tub and fill it up and try to start it and nothing,girl comes to look at it and I show her it won’t turn on and the button just pushes way down and gets stuck. She calls maintenance and he tells her to try it so I did again and nothing. Wait 10 minutes before he comes up to look at it and he messes with breakers(yes the breaker box is in the room),but then tries to turn it on and still nothing. Then they want to go get tools to just check what’s wrong,still doesn’t know yet. She said she could put me in a room on the first floor,But she leaves to help someone at the desk and I’m waiting for another 10-15 minutes so I call her again and she says she is coming back up and the guy comes with her. He has a voltage checker and still doesn’t know what’s wrong so at this point I just want to get in a room where the tub works. The guy all of a sudden got it to turn on and it was loud and every light in the room was flickering like it was shorting out. I told her to ask him to wait until I’m out of the room and he can come back and fix it. She told him and he continued to mess with it and I asked again for him to please leave the room so I can get my stuff together and change my clothes to go to the other room and the guy grabs his stuff up off the floor and stomps out of the room. I apologize (though I shouldn’t have too),but I told him I just wanted a relaxing evening in a hotel and soak in a jetted tub for my birthday and he just nods and walks out the door. She apologized and she went to get a cart and helped me get my things to the other room. We enter the other room and it is literally 1/4 of the size of my other room. Cart doesn’t even fit in the room at all. So we have to fight to even get my stuff off the cart. Then we check the tub and it is half the size of the other tub. This room stinks (glad I have febreze),but there are big patches on the walls by the floors,duct tape holding things together,holes where lights should be,an incomplete room. Then broken dirty tiles going into the shower,tub was dirty,tables not cleaned. And I go to shut the bathroom door and there is a black long glob of nasty dried up hair on the floor Seriously wanted to throw up I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ROOM LIKE THIS BEFORE !! And here it is 11:00 at night and I am sitting in my vehicle debating on what to do next. Really sucks that this had to be the bad part of my birthday. I’ll be back and update on what the final outcome was. UPDATE: I do want to say that they went above and beyond to make things right. The girl that worked over night was very kind and helpful throughout the whole ordeal. Needless to say I had a long night and didn’t get to enjoy much of the time here,but this morning when the manager came in they let me know and I went to talk to her and show her the issues and she deeply apologized and said they’d talk to the housekeeper(she’s new) and the maintenance. She was very kind and helpful as well. She offered for me to stay another night,which I wasn’t sure I could due to personal reasons,but I told her that I would be greatful for another night so I can actually relax and enjoy the hotel(jetted tub and pool). Even though last night went the way it did,they more than made up for it. Also she told me they’re under new management & a lot of remodeling is being done. So I’ll give them the benefit of a doubt. I’ll probably be back at a later time and we’ll see how it is by then.

It’s not fancy but it was clean and accommodating. Better array for free breakfast than most. It was perfect for us for a one night stay along our route! Good value. Would recommend.
